The Brinkmann 810-5000-0 All-In-One Outdoor Cooker features 5 different cooking methods.  This Brinkman is a LP gas water smoker grill,  a charcoal water smoker, a gas grill, a traditional charcoal grill, and a 160,000 BTU gas cooker– all in one.  This  Brinkman smoker is extraordinarily versatile for the BBQ & smoked meat lover.   The unit does require some minor assembly when you receive it, however this is well explained in the product manual .

In smoker mode these Brinkman grills use two racks, and can cook up to 50lbs of food at one time.  As a cooker it is able to handle very large pots on the built in flat surface.  Also, in grilling mode you can easily use it either with propane gas or lava rocks.
